Terms of Service
Updated: February 2025
These Terms govern your use of the StreamLegit AI Chrome extension, dashboard, and related APIs. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the extension or access the site.
Service overview
StreamLegit AI provides tooling for Chaturbate performers and studios: real-time fan alerts, AI-powered responses, analytics, and billing. The service relies on data you supply (such as Chaturbate tokens) and Chaturbate events to function.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and permitted to use Chaturbate.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account or Chrome profile.
- Provide accurate information and keep your Chaturbate/API tokens up to date in the extension or dashboard.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful streaming and fan engagement; do not harass, spam, or mislead viewers.
- Do not attempt to bypass Chaturbate policies or security controls, and do not inject scripts outside the supported hosts.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the extension or underlying APIs.
- AI outputs are suggestions—review them before posting. Do not use the service to generate prohibited or harmful content.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans renew on the schedule shown at checkout. Stripe processes all payments; we do not store card numbers.
You can change or cancel your plan in the dashboard (Stripe customer portal). Cancellations stop future renewals; past charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Usage limits (requests, sessions, seats) are enforced per plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades or cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.
Taxes may be added where required. Price changes will be communicated in advance when applicable.
Third-party services
The service depends on Chaturbate APIs, Stripe for billing, and OpenAI for AI responses. Their availability may affect StreamLegit. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
Privacy
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to that processing.
Service changes and availability
We may update or discontinue features to improve reliability or comply with platform policies. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security concerns. You may stop using the service and uninstall the extension at any time. Sections concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms survive termination.
Intellectual property
StreamLegit owns the Service, including code, branding, and content we provide. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the extension and dashboard for your own business use.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of performance or fitness for a particular purpose. AI outputs can be incorrect; you are responsible for what you publish.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamLegit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for more than the fees you paid for the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify StreamLegit against claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement caused by content you provide.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
